❝1972年1月21日生まれ。1992年スクウェア（現スクウェア・エニックス）入社、1995年『クロノ・トリガー』で作曲家デビュー。『ゼノギアス』等の作曲を担当した後、1998年に独立。フリーランスで活動後、2001年プロキオン・スタジオを設立し、同社の代表を務める。以降、ゲームに限らず、テレビドラマ、アニメ、映画など多彩なジャンルの作曲活動を行う。またサラ・オレイン氏などアーティストのプロデュースや楽曲提供も手がけ、国内外のライブやコンサートにも積極的に出演している。
