Sega's record label Wave Master has published "Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Original Soundtrack - Echoes of Dimensions." Spanning four compact discs, the soundtrack album collects over 200 music tracks, packaged with a 56-page booklet within a clear, DVD-style sleeve case.

The latest installment in Sega's Sonic-themed kart racing franchise features warping land, sea, and air-racing courses with dozens of drivers assembled from across the Sonic the Hedgehog universe. In addition, guest characters from other game franchises, including Pac-Man, Minecraft, Like a Dragon, and Mega Man compete in races.

The Original Soundtrack is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited, including sound director Takahiro Kai's previously released main theme "Cross the Worlds" and "Water Palace" single.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is currently available for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles. The PC edition for Windows, hosted on Steam and the Epic Games Store, is verified for use with the Steam Deck. The Nintendo Switch 2 port will launch on December 4th, with the physical edition including the full base game on a 64-gigabyte cartridge.
