Bandai Namco Entertainment and FromSoftware Sound Team have published the album Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon Extra Tracks, streaming on Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube Music.
The eight-track album includes background music, arrangements, and unreleased content. "Contact With You extended," "Rough And Decent (Natural Behavior)" and other tracks were included in the three-disc compact disc release. Excerpts are streaming on digital music store Ototoy.
FromSoftware director Masaru Yamamura commented during development that the score makes use of analog synthesizers for a classic science fiction feel. Composer Kota Hoshino, the bassist and vocalist of FreQuency, oversaw the creation of the soundtrack, collaborating with Takashi Onodera and Shoi Miyazawa.
The compact disc release of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon Original Soundtrack arrived in March of last year. The first two discs contain the 47-track original score, while the third disc includes arrangements from the series. The vinyl soundtrack release ships from the Bandai Namco Store for North America and Europe.
The 47-track digital soundtrack is available through streaming platforms, courtesy of Bandai Namco Games. The album clocks in at two hours in length, available through Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
