Resident Evil Showcase livestream airs October 20th at 3:00 PM PST

Capcom has slated Resident Evil 4 global release on March 24th, available for PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows through Steam. The remake of 2005's third-person survival horror title has been built from the ground up utilizing the RE Engine.

The remake's developers have expressed an intention to preserve the essence of the well-regarded original, while modernizing gameplay and visual design. Further details will be announced during the Resident Evil Showcase livestream, airing October 20th.

Capcom's 2005 digital album "Resident Evil 4 Sound Collection" is available for streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music, composed by Shusaku Uchiyama and Misao Senbongi. Laced Records' four-disc vinyl soundtrack ships from distributor PixelCrib in Australia. Sleeve artwork is by Boris Moncel, with vinyl pre-mastering by Joe Caithness.
