Mega Man 9 celebrates fourteenth anniversary of release

Record label Team Entertainment published the "Rockman 9: The Ambition's Revival soundtrack to compact disc in September of 2008. Capcom's Mega Man 9 Sound Collection is available for purchase through Steam and streaming on Amazon Music Unlimited.

Music for the sprite-based throwback patterned after Mega Man 2 is by Ippo Yamada, Ryo Kawakami, Yu Shimoda, and Hiroki Isogai.

Mega Man 9 is included in the Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 compilation for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.
