Bandai Namco's Game Music portal has added "Galaga Legions＆Galaga Legions DX Original Soundtrack" to the company's Namco Legendary series of albums.

Directed by Tadashi Iguchi of Pac-Man: Championship Edition, Galaga Legions launched for the Xbox 360 console in 2008. The twin-stick shooter is currently available for Xbox One and Series X|S consoles via backward compatibility. Music for the game is by Akihiko Ishikawa, credited as Linda Ai-Cue.

Direct sequel Galaga Legions DX followed in 2010, launching both on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. The thirteen-track soundtrack premiered on iTunes the following year, published by Namco Sounds.
