The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Original Soundtrack EP is available for streaming through Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music. The album includes "Toward Mt. Nibel," "Main Theme of FFVII - Battle Edit," "With Heavy Heart - A Seabreeze Stroll," "Rufus' Welcome Ceremony," and "Listen to the Cries of the Planet."

Original music for the EP is composed by Nobuo Uematsu, with arrangement by Shotaro Shima. Preorders have opened for the Original Soundtrack and Special Edit Limited Edition from the Square Enix store for North America, along with distributors CDJapan and Play-Asia. The standard edition album ships on seven compact discs.


A picture disc vinyl is slated for release in May. The single analog record publication depicts Tifa on one side and Aerith on the reverse, with character design by Tetsuya Nomura and Roberto Ferrari. Excerpts of all nine music tracks are streaming on the official album website.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is available for PlayStation 5. The launch trailer and Special Talk Session (Nobuo Uematsu×Kazushige Nojima×Tetsuya Nomura) can be viewed on the publisher's YouTube channel. Vocal track "No Promises to Keep," featuring vocalist Loren Allred, can be viewed on Sony Music Japan's YouTube channel.
