Publisher Square Enix has opened preorders for the Endwalker: Final Fantasy XIV Blu-ray, scheduled for publication on February 23rd. Excerpts of all tracks can be previewed on the album website.

The 62-track music blu-ray disc includes video content from the 2021-2022 Fan Festival in China and Korea, along with the "Endwalker" music video. Also included is a chiptune arrangement of the "Endwalker" theme. Cover illustration is by Yoshitaka Amano.

An analog record dedicated to the "Endwalker" EP debuted on October 25, containing the main theme performed by composer Masayoshi Soken's band The Primals, along with full trailer background track "Endwalker - Footfalls." Vocals are by Sam Carter of the UK metal band Architects.

The Blu-ray disc and 7-inch vinyl single ship domestically from CDJapan and Play-Asia, and from the Square Enix store for North America and Europe. The expansion for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game launched on November 23rd for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, as well as Windows and Mac operating systems.
