The dreamlike, Slavic themes of the 14-track Blacktail soundtrack are composed by The Medium co-composer Arkadiusz Reikowski. The digital album is available for purchase through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Founded in 2019, Kraków-based game studio The Parasight develops games based on folk stories and fairy tales. Published by Focus Entertainment, the dev team's story-driven action-adventure game stars a young protagonist fashioned after Baba Yaga of Slavic folklore, exiled from her village and searching out her missing sister.

The first-person gameplay revolves around a morality-based system, wherein Yaga’s abilities are determined by her choice of actions. Blacktail's music score, stylized with modern motifs and synthetic sounds, features performances by Robot Koch, Zazula Vocal Group, Bartosz Pałyga, and the CZELUSC Collective.

Blacktail is currently available for Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A soundtrack teaser can be viewed on the Focus Entertainment YouTube channel. The digital edition is available for streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.
