Composed by Sander van Zanten, the soundtrack from the atmospheric sci-fi adventure game spans 111 music tracks, for a runtime of over five hours. The album is published through Steam and the Epic Games Store, with streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music Unlimited, and the Hunchback Music YouTube channel. "Salvage" and "Sanctuary" are co-composed by Bas Bertrand and Nola Klop.

Verified for use with the Steam Deck, Deliver Us Mars is also available for Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, along with Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
