The Pathless by developer Giant Squid has launched for Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles. Record labal iam8bit published The Pathless soundtrack on double vinyl, composed by Austin Wintory.

Giant Squid made its debut in 2016 with the underwater exploration title ABZÛ, also directed by Matt Nava, with music by Wintory and sound design by Steve Green. In "How to Write One Minute of Music," Wintory relates how he took a 60-second boss battle segment from blank page to in-game audio.

The analog record set, decorated with artwork by Elaine Lee, ships from distributors PixelCrib in Australia, iam8bit Asia, and iam8bit in Japan. The digital soundtrack album is available for purchase through Bandcamp and Steam, and streaming on Spotify.

The Pathless is also available for PS4 and PlayStation 5, and on Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

From the product page:
Along with your eagle, you’ll attempt to dispel a mysterious curse of darkness that is gripping the island, all the while gracefully running like the wind, as you take on corrupted spirits with a bow and arrow at your side. It’s a true ‘flow state experience,’ masterfully tuned by Giant Squid, where your controller movements and the gameplay melt together beautifully with amazingly fluid animation. This is the very first next-generation game from Annapurna Interactive and first physical edition PlayStation 5 game from iam8bit.
