In 2006, Sega acquired British development studio Sports Interactive, creators of the Football Manager series, allowing for FM engine and FIFPRO player stats integration. Sega Football Club Champions is available for iOS and Android devices, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. The Windows edition is hosted on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
The 31-track album composed by Hidenori Shoji is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited. Two arranged tracks from J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurō! 6: Pride of J are composed by Tadashi Kinukawa.
Alongside the release of the Official Soundtrack, Sega has published Sakatsuku Music Collection Vol.1~3 via streaming platforms. The albums collect music from Sega's sports franchise Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurō. PlayStation 2 series entry Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurō! Euro Championship was localized in 2006 as "Let's Make a Soccer Team."
