The Octopath Traveler II 16-bit Arrangements CD debuted in March, coinciding with an orchestral concert held at the Hitomi Memorial Hall in Tokyo, titled "To travel is to live." The album contains Super Nintendo-styled renditions of music composed by Yasunori Nishiki.

A crossfade trailer of demake renditions is streaming on the publisher's YouTube channel. Arrangements are by DESTINY 8 band member Noriyuki Kamikura, Yuma Bando of FAIR WIND music, Hirofumi Sasaki, and Tadashi Yatabe of SHANGRI-LA.

The previous installment in the series, selecting eight music tracks from HD-2D role-playing game Octopath Traveler, debuted at a similar concert held in July of 2019. The Octopath Traveler 16-bit Arrangements CD ships from the Square Enix store for North America.
