The Iceborne expasion introduces the glacial landscapes of the Hoarfrost Reach region, pitting hunters against intimidating foes—among them Velkhana and Zinogre. Music for the action role-playing game expansion is by Akihiko Narita, Akiyuki Morimoto, Zhenlan Kang, Yuko Komiyama, and Tadayoshi Makino.
Capcom's record label Suleputer published the expansion's soundtrack on three compact discs in September of 2019. The digital edition is hosted on Steam, comprised of MP3, FLAC, and AAC file formats, with streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.
