Jaleco Arcade Collection Vol.2 includes Avenging Spirit (PHAnTASm)
Wishlists have opened on Steam for Volumes 1 & 2 of Jaleco Arcade Collection, scheduled for release later this year. Developed by Gravity, the '80s and '90s arcade game compilation supports save and rewind functionality, multiple game regions, and customizable rapid-fire settings.

Jaleco Arcade Collection Vol.2 includes Earth Defense Force (E.D.F.), Exerion, Argus, Makai Densetsu, Iga Ninjutsu Den, Plus Alpha, Pop Flamer, Rod Land, Soldam, and Avenging Spirit (PHAnTASm). Other additions for both volumes are expected approaching launch.

Action game Fairy Tale Rod Land (1990) stars fairy siblings Tam and Rit, featuring music by Ihatovo Monogatari composer Tsukasa Tawada.

The story of shoot-em-up Earth Defense Force (1991) centers on the pilots of the XA-1 fighter jets, tasked with protecting the world against hostile alien beings. Tawada composed the music for the original 1991 arcade game. The Super Nintendo adaptation, SUPER E.D.F. includes additional contributions by Yasuhiko Takashiba.

In the platformer Avenging Spirit (PHAnTASm) (1991), players control a ghost and possess the bodies of foes, set to music by Takahiro Ogata. Tile-matching puzzle game Soldam (1992) features a two-player competitive mode. Music is by Yasuyuki Suzuki, Atsuyoshi Isemura, and Yasuhiko "Zep" Takashiba.
