Developed by Sucker Punch, Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition for PlayStation 5 is now available for purchase, including the base game and Ghost of Yōtei Legends. Narrative expansion 'Echoes of Sekigahara' and single-player combat survival mode 'Most Wanted' debut on October 1st.

Ghost of Yōtei Legends, the cooperative multiplayer mode, offers two-player story missions and four-player survival matches—situated in a supernatural setting contrasting with the grounded world-building of the base game.

Spanning eleven music tracks, the soundtrack is available through streaming platforms. Composer Chad Cannon previously contributed as arranger and additional composer on Shigeru Umebayashi's score for Ghost of Tsushima.

Volumes 1 & 2 of "Music from Watanabe Mode" showcase lo-fi beats from the alternative soundtrack option, both overseen by Shinichirō Watanabe. Music for Volume 1 is by mabanua, DJ Mitsu the Beats & Toma Otowa (feat. Takumi Kaneko), Sweet William & Toma Otowa (feat. Ayatake Ezaki), and Mark de Clive-Lowe (feat. ASUKA & Keizan Tanabe). Volume 2 is by mabanua, Sweet William, Mark de Clive-Lowe (feat. Yasuaki Shimizu), and DJ Mitsu The Beats.

The Original Soundtrack, composed by Toma Otowa, is available via major streaming platforms. Clare Uchima and Justin Johnson contributed as featured co-composers on "Atsu's Theme" and "The Call of Revenge."

Milan Records published the vinyl soundtrack album, also shipping from distributor Arcline Store in the United States. The gold shimmer vinyl 2LP contains the complete music score, enclosed in a deluxe gatefold jacket with an exclusive illustration of the Yōtei Six. A 12-inch insert is decorated with special artwork, with liner notes and production staff credits.
