Cave shoot-em-up Espgaluda II ported to Nintendo Switch

Japanese distributor Live Wire has slated the release of the Nintendo Switch port of Cave shoot-em-up Espgaluda II for September 9.

Espgaluda II first arrived in the arcades in November of 2005 and is currently available for smartphones. Live Wire's announcement trailer uploaded in June also previewed footage from a Switch port of DoDonPachi Resurrection. Mushihimesama launched for the hybrid console back in June.

The Espgaluda II digital soundtrack, composed by Manabu Namiki and Mitsuhiro Kaneda, can be purchased through Japanese digital retailer Ototoy.
