Directed by Hideo Kojima, Kojima Productions' post-apocalyptic action game centers on courier Sam Porter Bridges and his mission to deliver parcels and reconnect isolated colonies across North America.

Austin-based publisher Mondo has reprinted two Death Stranding vinyl publications. Both albums also ship from distributor Light in the Attic in Seattle. Decorated with artwork by Randy Ortiz, "Death Stranding: Songs From The Video Game" ships on three 140-gram colored vinyl discs. The compilation selects 22 music tracks by Chvrches, Apocalyptica, Low Roar feat. Jófriður, Silent Poets feat. Leila Adu and Okay Kaya.

"Death Stranding - Original Video Game Score" includes three 140-gram colored vinyl discs, with liner notes by composer Ludvig Forssell and game director Hideo Kojima. "BB's Theme" is performed by Jenny Plant. Album artwork is by Max Löffler. Both volumes are streaming on YouTube Music, Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut is currently available for PlayStation 5, Apple operating systems, and Windows through Steam.

From the product page:
The enigmatic, haunting and beautifully rendered tale of a man tasked with re-connecting a fragmented America in the fallout of an extinction level event is as massive in scope, as it is in tone. But composer Ludvig Forssell has taken Kojima's complex vision and crafted a score worthy of the game's intricate design. Sci-fi synth, pounding percussion and swirling strings collide with choirs in beautiful and discordant ways as you travel the country in search of connection, while avoiding the spectres that also occupy the land.
