Inspired by the novel Journey to the West, published in the 16th century during the Ming dynasty, the action role-playing game follows the Destined One as he embarks on a journey to retrieve lost relics. A five-minute excerpt from the soundtrack, published by 8082Audio, is streaming on the developer's YouTube channel.

Black Myth: Wukong Digital Deluxe Edition is currently available for PlayStation 5 consoles, along with Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Music from the game is streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.
