Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies VR announced for Meta Quest
Thirteen years after the launch of Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies for Nintendo 3DS, developer AMATA K.K. has announced a Meta Quest VR port, licensed from Capcom. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies VR will launch in 2027, compatible with Meta VR Glasses, Meta Quest 3 & 3S, Quest Pro, and Quest 2.

The VR format aims on heightening immersion with 3D crime scenes observable from all angles. Voice-activated objections and hand-tracked gestures are also supported, allowing players to present and examine evidence using hand-tracking and intuitive motion controls.


Music for the courtroom battle-themed narrative adventure game is composed by Noriyuki Iwadare, created in collaboration with sound director Toshihiko Horiyama. The Original Soundtrack is hosted on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is currently available for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 consoles, along with Windows PC through Steam. The in-game Orchestra Hall includes the "Dual Destinies Courtroom Suite" from the 15th anniversary orchestral concert album.

Excerpts of all arrangements from the concert, performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Hirofumi Kurita, are streaming on digital music store Ototoy.
