Developer GSC Game World has released a free content update for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. "Stories Untold" content includes eight robust quests, seven locations to explore, and six characters with their own stories.

The open-world setting encompasses a 64-kilometer region called the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, built in Unreal Engine 5. Competing factions engage in shootouts over radiated territory, fending off mutated creatures while searching out valuable artifacts. Players are challenged with ailments including hunger and radiation poisoning, while the environment changes based on time of day and adverse weather conditions.


The Original Game Soundtrack spans fifty music tracks and clocks in at seven and a half hours in duration. The album is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music Unlimited, and the developer's YouTube channel. Music for the game is composed by by Kyrylo Borisov, Andrew Luchanko, Yaroslav Odrin, and Valentine Parkhomenko.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S consoles and Windows through Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store. The Deluxe Edition includes the digital art book and Official Soundtrack.
