Developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo, historical action role-playing game Rise of the Ronin arrives today on PlayStation 5 consoles.

The open world game depicts war-torn 19th-century Japan. Set during the Bakumatsu-period in the final years of the Tokugawa shogunate, the player takes on the role of a masterless samurai. The story unfolds after the arrival of the Black Ships of the West, based on allegiances forged by the player with pro or anti-Shogunate factions.

The Rise of the Ronin Digital Deluxe Edition includes the artbook and digital soundtrack album by Fallout series composer Inon Zur. The 56-track album, published in association with Milan Records, is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
