Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for Nintendo Switch 2 & Xbox Series X|S arrives in January
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S on January 22nd of 2026. Square Enix director Naoki Hamaguchi previously unveiled the hybrid console port of the action role-playing game as part of a Creator's Voice video, hosted on the Nintendo of America YouTube channel.

The director says, of the new platforms scheduled for launch in January, that they "provide new and different ways to play. Portable hardware will make the game even easier and more accessible to pick up and play, for example. I hope players choose to enjoy FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE in a way that best fits best with their own personal play style."

The Integrate expansion includes "Episode Intermission," introducing protagonist Yuffie Kisaragi and her associate Sonon Kusakabe of Wutai Village. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is currently available for PlayStation 5, along with Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The digital soundtrack is streaming on Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Square Enix. The music score features compositions by multiple artists, including Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu, Mitsuto Suzuki, Tadayoshi Makino, Yasunori Nishiki and Keiki Kobayashi.
