Newly introduced Ghost Parameters are added to the Options menu, allowing customizable gameplay functions, such as enabling instant death or limitless revives. The Last Rites update also adds 4K resolution and 60 fps support on current-gen platforms, with improved responsiveness and smoother performance.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands Original Game Soundtrack, composed by Alain Johannes, is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Ubisoft Music.
Speaking with Mikel Reparaz at Ubisoft, Johannes commented, "(The development team) basically wanted to add elements that would be kind of resonant with Bolivia." He and supporting musicians Joey Castillo, Nick Oliveri, and Norm Block made use of a lute-like Bolivian instrument, called the charango, together with electric and upright bass, classical and acoustic guitars, cell, viola, "shamanic-type" drums, flutes, banjo, and harmonium.
"Ghost Recon" main theme and additional cinematic music are composed by Tom Salta, providing a moody backdrop for the game's Bolivian open world landscape.
From the Xbox product page:
As a major free update, Last Rites refreshes the gameplay experience of Ghost Recon Wildlands, delivering a new story-driven mission in which the Ghosts must face off against a new antagonist, La Llorona, and Los Penitentes, her fanatic cult following. They have nothing to lose, and they’re wreaking havoc in Bolivia as La Llorona enacts revenge on those who have wronged her. It also marks the return of the challenging hunt for the iconic Predator. Finally, Last Rites brings a host of new community-driven gameplay updates designed to give players more in-game freedom than ever before.Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands (Original Game Soundtrack) - Apple Music / YouTube Music
