The Sinking City Remastered launched, built in Unreal Engine 5
Built in Unreal Engine 5, open-world Lovecraftian horror game The Sinking City Remastered by Frogwares has launched for Windows through Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 consoles.

Inspired by the cosmic horror of H.P. Lovecraft short stories and the Cthulhu mythos, The Sinking City launched in June of 2019. Set in the 1920's, private investigator Charles Reed explores the half-submerged city Oakmont, Massachusetts to get to the bottom of the city's descent into madness.

The horror game's open investigation system allows players to solve each case in a number of ways, triggering alternate endings depending on actions chosen. Reed collects an arsenal of weapons to fend off nightmarish creatures while exploring Oakmont on foot and by boat.

The Sinking City Remastered is also planned for release via the Epic Games Store. Music is composed by Viacheslav Pakalin and Sergey Sedliar. The soundtrack is bundled with the 160-page digital artbook on Steam, displaying key production art, sketches, concept designs, and paintings.
