Atlus has published the Shin Megami Tensei II digital soundtrack through YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.

The Super Famicom role-playing game launched in 1994 in Japan, featuring music composed by Tsukasa Masuko. 30 music tracks are included in the 30th Anniversary Special Sound Compilation, pressed on compact disc.

Announced during the 2023 Anime Expo convention, publisher Fangamer in Tucson will press a series of Shin Megami Tensei series 30th anniversary vinyl soundtrack sets. The upcoming analog record releases are decorated with original art by Toni Infante.

Excerpts from Shin Megami Tensei II Original Soundtrack are streaming on the compilation's crossfade trailer on the Atlustube YouTube channel, beginning at the one minute, 36 second mark.
