From the Bandai Namco Game Music announcement:
Product shown is a luxurious gatefold sleeve housing two records inside. The cover was designed by Kazuki Takakura with supervision from Yuu Miyake, the game’s sound composer. When you think of “Katamari Damacy”, you think of the colorfully chaotic artwork that comes hand in hand alongside it, and this packaging offers a high-quality, must-have item for a fan’s collection.
