The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors arrives on Steam
Taito has published developer NatsumeAtari's enhanced port The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors for Windows through Steam. Verified for use with the Steam Deck, the 16:9 widescreen remaster of the Super Nintendo brawler sports hand-animated pixel art and adds two new playable characters, Yaksha and Raiden.

Zuntata Records previously pressed the soundtrack compilation on two discs, previewed in a six-minute video hosted on YouTube. The Ninja Warriors Trilogy Album contains original and arranged music, composed by Hiroyuki Iwatsuki.

The reimagining of the sprite-based brawler The Ninja Warriors is the second installment in the Tengo Project remake series, following Wild Guns Reloaded and preceding Pocky & Rocky Reshrined. The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors is also available for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch consoles, published by ININ Games.

From the Steam product page:
Select one of five android ninjas, each with their own unique ninjutsu techniques, and take the battle to Banglar's army alone, or with a ninja partner, as part of Mulk's revolutionary force! Maintaining the original's 16-bit style, Return of the Warriors expands its playfield from 4:3 to a wide 16:9, adding heavily redrawn backgrounds, even more fluidly animated characters and explosive pyrotechnics.
