Atlus has published the Shin Megami Tensei Super Famicom and Mega CD digital soundtracks, available for streaming through YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.

The music scores are included in the 30th Anniversary Special Sound Compilation, pressed on compact disc. The compilation includes 28 music tracks from the Super Famicom soundtrack and 38 tracks from the Mega CD enhanced port. Music for the role-playing game is composed by Tsukasa Masuko.

Announced during the 2023 Anime Expo convention, publisher Fangamer in Tucson will press a series of Shin Megami Tensei series 30th anniversary vinyl soundtrack sets. The upcoming analog record releases are decorated with original art by Toni Infante.
