Ridge Racer 3D by Namco Bandai Games launched exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS dual screen portable console in February of 2011. The digital soundtrack is now available on streaming platforms, published by label Bandai Namco Game Music.

Fifteen courses total are featured in the racing game, across three different locales. Players race across urban landscapes, coastal seaside routes, and arid desert terrains, enhanced by stereoscopic 3D effects.

Music is by sound director Hiroshi Okubo, co-composers Taku Inoue, Rio Hamamoto, SamplingMasters MEGA, SamplingMasters AYA, Ryo Watanabe, Keiichi Okabe, and LindaAI-CUE. Opening vocal track "Do You Wanna Ride?" and ending theme "Tonight" are performed by Sky Hy and Heather Jonson.

Okubo showcased Inoue's "Nitro Right Now" on his "Anata to Ridge Racer" playlist, published on Spotify in February of this year. The 19-track soundtrack is previewed in a demo hosted on the SweepRecord SoundCloud channel, with streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
