Call of Duty: Black Ops by Treyarch has launched for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, ported by Iron Galaxy Studios. The first-person shooter is situated deep behind enemy lines during the Cold War, highlighting covert missions in Vietnam, Cuba, Laos, and the Soviet Union.

Following up on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the Black Ops franchise launched in November of 2010. Players control a member of an elite special forces unit engaging in covert warfare across the globe. The campaign includes multiplayer progression systems, combining Create-a-Class customization with extensive weapon and attachment unlocking.


Music from the core campaign is composed by Sean Murray. The Season Pass includes the First Strike, Escalation, Annihilation, and Resurrection DLC packs, comprised of multiplayer and zombie maps. Additional score is composed by Kevin Sherwood, with contributions by James McCawley and Brian Tuey.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is also available for Xbox One and Series X|S consoles via backward compatibility, along with Windows PC through Steam and Battle.net. The Original Game Soundtrack and Zombies soundtrack are streaming on Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Activision.
