Commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the launch of Payday 2, Official Soundtrack Vol. 2 by Simon Viklund is now available for streaming online through Amazon Music Unlimited, Spotify, and YouTube Music.

Developer Overkill Software's cooperative first-person heist title launched in 2013 for Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. An expanded port is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch consoles.

The composer's score for Payday: The Heist was characterized by rock, electronic and industrial influences. "For the sequel, I wanted to take the music into a cleaner direction and make it almost club friendly, while still retaining the pulse and sense of aggressiveness of course," Viklund commented.

"Overkill B​-​Sides," music by the Payday 2 composer from Overkill's websites, trailers and short films, can be found on the developer's Bandcamp page.
