Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster is scheduled for publication on May 25 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Windows through Steam. 27 music tracks new to the HD Remaster release are streaming on Amazon Music and Apple Music Unlmited.

Composed by Shoji Meguro, the "rare soundtrack" is 45 minutes in length and was included in the five-disc "Nocturne Sound Collection" box set published in Japan in December. Additional music for the role-playing game is by Atlus sound team members Kenichi Tsuchiya and Toshiko Tasaki. Arrangements of themes from Shin Megami Tensei are composed by Tsukasa Masuko.

The Nocturne Sound Collection five-disc box set is available for shipping from CDJapan, featuring the PlayStation 2 edition music scores and piano arrangements by Duke of Pianeet.
