Takashi Tokita of Square Enix's mobile games division attended the E3 Expo last week to demo iOS and Android title Demons' Score. The on-rails rhythm shooter features music by different composers for each stage, including tracks by Yoko Shimomura (Kingdom Hearts) and Kyouhei Tanaka (Gravity Rush).

Square Enix has renewed their official website for SQ Chips 2. The chiptune arrange album, treating classic Square game themes to 8-bit variations, will debut on July 25 in Japan, featuring chip remixes by Sexy-Synthesizer, Hige Driver, Hally, Saitone, Kplecraft, YMCK and Bokkadenci.

Square Enix has announced that the Nintendo DS and iOS remake of Final Fantasy III is planned for release on the PlayStation Portable on September 20 in Japan. The portable title will allow the option of playing to the 8-bit Famicom or enhanced, arranged music score for the game, composed by Nobuo Uematsu.

Tokyo-based sound studio Basiscape and composer Masasharu Iwata have released the downloadable soundtrack to Baroque through iTunes. The 22-track album features music from the roguelike, developed by Sting Entertainment for the Sega Saturn, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo Wii and other game consoles.

Atlus has released the reveal trailer for Nintendo 3DS enhanced port Devil Summoner Soul Hackers. The portable title will ship on August 30 in Japan, with a promo movie for Shin Megami Tensei IV. The opening anime sequence for the role-playing game features the song "#X," arranged by Ryota Kozuka.
