Square Enix Presents has posted a recorded performance of Final Fantasy XI acoustic cover band Nanaa Mihgo's, uploaded to YouTube to coincide with E3. A mix of previously seen and unseen footage thirty minutes in length, music is by Naoshi Mizuta on bass, Machi Okabe on violin and Takuro Iga on piano.

Square Enix has posted the E3 trailer for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call in anticipation of the press event in Los Angeles, featuring music compositions by series composer Nobuo Uematsu. The Nintendo 3DS rhythm game is due for release on September 16 in North America, including 221 music tracks.

Final Form Games has announced their sci-fi shoot-em-up Jamestown is receiving an upgraded port for PlayStation 4, featuring a remastered music score by Francisco Cerda. Jamestown Plus, says the composer, will have its own soundtrack album release, including additional tracks for new stages.

Ubisoft Montreal is working with Canadian singer-songwriter Coeur de Pirate on the music score to Child of Light, a turn-based role-playing game set in the mythical kingdom of Lemuria. English voice over narrative in verse and rhyme has been paired with Yoshitaka Amano art to combine European and Asian fantasy motifs.
